D. Grant Campbell is an Associate Professor of Library and Information Science in the Faculty of Information and Media Studies, at the University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario. He conducts research in the area of knowledge organization, and has presented his research in Canada, the United States, Europe and Brazil. He is the recipient of an Insight Development Grant from the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada to study the information aspects of dementia care. A violinist for over 40 years, he has also conducted music sessions in various dementia settings in Toronto and London. This weblog reports on the results of both his research and his volunteer work.
